Here in Focus Physio Dunedin, our physiotherapy approaches range from spinal mobilisations/manipulations, to dry needling approaches, pre and post surgical physiotherapy rehabilitation and strengthening and sports and functional taping to name a few.

Having been around the health sector in Dunedin, we are actively involved in the community and have a extensive network of referral sources should we require additional input during your rehabilitation.

Here at Focus Physio Dunedin, we are also New Zealand's ONLY stockist of Lems shoes, a minimalist brand of footwear with principles we believe how footwear should be. We are also stockists of Correct Toes, a product that helps with feet strengthening and alignment
